If you really want to punish your liver, why not just go straight to tequila. It'll make everyone beautiful much much faster :)

Don't do the tequila thing except in a margarita. Vodka is the ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE alcohol for me, can't touch the stuff. I'll stick to what I know...... rum, Crown Royal whiskey, Chivas Regal scotch, and the occasional jack and jim.

You could do what the Canadians do (drown your sorrows by chugging maple syrup).

You haven't lived till you've tried a Canadian Bomb (maple syrup and redbull).

True but as long as you only bath in 80 proof once in a while the cost is less :P

Late, but sorry to hear...ending long term relationships/marriage is never an easy thing, even if it's for the best in the long run. Sometimes I wonder how hubby & I haven't killed each other by now. ;)

If I could, I'd buy ya a round.

If you go with a 7&7 (Seagrams and Sprite/7-up) you don't feel too much like a pussy and still have the where-with-all to chat up the ladies, at least for a few hours. That's my go-to drink when straight shots would put me on the floor.

I stayed 2 nights at the Ramada. Drank most of a 5th of Tattoo 1 night and the next finished it and drunk most of the rest of what I had of of a bottle of Johnny Walker red label. Saving my bottle of Sailor Jerry for my " motel night out " next month.
